Our Standard Returns Policy

We hope that you love your purchase, however, we understand that sometimes things just aren’t quite right.

Please see Manava Terms and Conditions document for legal information on our purchase and returns policy. The following information is a guiding policy on how you can create and send us your returns.

Returning Unwanted Items

Any items purchased online at Manavacollection are eligible for a full refund within 21 days of receiving them.

Providing the item(s) are unused, unwashed and in perfect condition, you may return any item in its original packaging with all branded clothing tags and labels attached.

We offer a 21 day returns policy, allowing you 21 days from the point in which you receive your order to try it on, get a second opinion and post it back to us.

Just make sure you allow up to 5 days for our team to receive and process your goods!

UK Only Returns

To initiate a return from the United Kingdom, please visit our returns portal.

From there, you will be directed through a few simple steps on how to create your return and access your downloadable returns shipping label.

You will be asked to:

  1. Enter your order number and email address
  2. Select the item(s) you want to return

Our customers will be provided with clear shipment guidelines and will receive a confirmation email once their return request is approved.

Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return through this process will not be accepted.

All accepted returns will be processed as quickly as possible. Our standard timeframe is 3-5 working days from the point in which the parcel is received at our distribution centre.

Any accepted refunds will be paid back to your original payment method with a reduction of £4.50 to the total refund amount- the cost of your shipping return.

Manava is not liable for any additional costs incurred from posting your returned item(s) back to us. 

EU and International Returns

For EU & International returns please visit our returns portal.

From there you will be directed through a simple process to register your returns to our distribution centre.

You will be asked to:

  1. Enter your order number and email address
  2. Select the item(s) you want to return

After you have successfully registered your return, you will receive an email informing you that the return has been accepted by our team.

Once your confirmation email is received, you will need to send your package(s) to:

EU and International customers hold the responsibility for the total cost of any returns from outside the United Kingdom.

Processing Returns

Once your return has been received by our team, checked, and approved we will notify you by email and automatically process your refund.

It can take up to 10 working days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If you have any concerns about the amount of time taken, please get in touch with our support team at support@manava.com.

Across our checking and approval process, we reserve the right to refuse a return and refund of any items that:

  • show visible signs of being warn
  • show signs of being washed
  • have original clothing tags removed
  • Are no longer in its original packaging

If your item is refused by our team, further investigations will be carried out to understand why the return has taken place and the quality of the returned item(s). Our team will be in contact with any customers whose item(s) have been refused via email.

In the case of no response or resolution, the original item will be returned to the customers via the address entered against your original order.

Exchanging An Item

Unfortunately, we cannot currently process exchanges on orders.

Any unwanted items will need to be returned for a refund, and a new order placed to replace the original item.


Customers should contact our support team at support@manavacollection.com in order to request a cancellation immediately after their item is purchased. It is at the discretion of the team, and the time frame in which a cancellation has been marked to stop the order before distribution. 

If the team do not receive a cancellation request in a timely manner, the customer will need to follow the returns procedure in order to receive a refund.

Posting Your Returns

Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging.

It would make us super happy and continue our pledge in being as eco-conscious as possible throughout the supply chain. We’ve sourced and designed our packaging to make it as easy as possible to reuse – together we can make a difference #ManavaMovement.

We are unable able to process any returns which are sent to this address without the customer formally initiating a return. You can complete the returns process through our returns portal


As a customer, you hold responsibility for any returns.

  • All customers should ensure that their return items are packed and labelled correctly to help them reach the distribution centre.
  • We encourage customers to track their packages and keep any receipts in case of any delivery issues.
  • Any parcels shipped or sent will remain the customer's responsibility until they are received and processed by Manava Returns, Unit C2, Penrhyn Court, Penrhyn Road, Knowsley Business Park, Prescot, L34 9AB. Customers will be notified of successful returns via email and will be informed of the status of their pending refund.

Our Promise

We stand by our high level of production and garment quality control and will happily refund or exchange any damaged or manufacturing defective garments. If you think you have received an item that may be damaged, please get in touch and email a member of our support team (support@manavacollection.com) with as much information as possible. Please include proof of purchase, order number and photo evidence of the damage/garment issue.
