- You have 28 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
- To start a return, email hello@manavacollection.com
To include in your email:
- Order number
- Item(s) to return
- Reason for return
- Exchange request (if applicable) or request for a full refund
Important:
- Personalised/bespoke items cannot be refunded unless faulty or not as described.
- Allow 3–5 working days for processing after we receive your return.
- Returns after 90 days will not be accepted.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method; card refunds may take 3–5 working days.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- Email hello@manavacollection.com with clear photos of the item(s).
- You may need to return the item to our Claims Centre at your cost for inspection.
- Refunds or replacements will follow after investigation.
Note: This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
