Manava Giveaway July 2022
The following terms and conditions refer to a competition held by Manava Ltd across Instagram [@manava_collection] from Monday 11th July 2022 until 11:59 pm Friday 22nd July 2022.

Prize
  • The chosen prize winner will receive one (1) Warming Warms T-shirt.
  • Only one (1) winner will be selected at random. This selection will be based on those who qualify for entry, see entrant criteria below.
  • There is one (1)  Manava print t-shirt to be won by one (1) individual.
  • The prize includes one (1) T-shirt print worth £50.00
Entrant Criteria
Promotion Period:Entrants can participate in the Manava giveaway via @manava_collection from 09:00 am (GMT) on Monday 11th July 2022 until 11:59 pm Friday 22nd July 2022.
This competition is only open to users based in the United Kingdom. Any entrants from outside the United Kingdom will be disqualified.
How to enter:

  • Entrants must visit the @manava_collection Instagram page.
  • Follow Manava
  • Like the competition post-Monday 11th July 2022
  • For additional entries, Tag friends (1 friend =1 entry).
  • For an extra 2 entries share your story.

No purchase is necessary: The Manava giveaway is free to enter for all UK residents that meet the eligibility criteria set out within these terms and conditions.
Eligibility Criteria
  1. The giveaway is only open to entrants residing in the UK. Employees of Manava, the Administrator, their families and agents, and any other company or person involved in the creation or administration of the giveaway are not permitted to enter.
  2. Internet access and an Instagram account are required. 
  3. By following the entry criteria you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. All decisions regarding the winners and prizes are final. No correspondence will be entered into by the promoter or the Administrator.
  4. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced, or corrupt entries, as well as entries sent through agencies and third parties or by means other than Instagram, will not be accepted.
  5. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries. If the promoter believes that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Manava will, at their sole discretion, be entitled to withhold the prize and randomly draw another winner in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  6. The winner will be contacted by the administrator via direct message. Entrants will be requested to share their contact details. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure the details they provide are accurate.
  7. The Promoter will not be responsible for delivery of prize failures where the participants have provided incorrect or incomplete delivery information or fail to sign for the delivery, as required.
  8. Selection process:  The prize winners will be randomly selected from the qualifying entries by the administrator.  The selection will be made (provide a time period- give yourself more than 1 day).
  9. The winner will be announced by the 25th of July 2022.
  10. The chosen winner will be selected and informed via direct message. The chosen winner will need to respond, agreeing to accept the prize and then will be required to provide their relevant contact information.
  11. The chosen winner will need to respond to the initial message agreeing to the terms and the acceptance of the giveaway. The giveaway winner will then be asked to provide relevant contact information and their desired product size. 
  12. The winner will be asked to provide the relevant contact information including, but not limited to, their email address, telephone number and address in order to send the winner the prize, or to organise a collection (this shall be at the Promoter’s discretion). The promotor will process this information in accordance to their Terms and Conditions.
  13. The promoter will not be liable to perform any of its obligations under the giveaway or in respect of the prize where they are unable to do so as a result of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond the promoters reasonable control, and whilst the promoter may (but shall not be obliged to) endeavour to provide an alternative prize of equal value, Manava shall not be liable to provide additional compensation to the winners in such circumstances.
  14. Should the promoter be unable to reasonably contact the winner, or should the winner fail to respond to (we will attempt to reach out to the winner three (3) times) attempts to contact them within two (2) days of the first message or the winner is unable to accept the prize, the prize will be forfeited. The promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  15. No exchange: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. The prize is subject to availability and the promoter reserves the right to change the prize at any time.
  16. Manava acts as data controller as defined in UK data protection legislation (including the Data Protection Act 2018 and where applicable the General Data Protection Regulation).

    Liability: Save for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, Manava cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by an entrant as a result of entering the giveaway.

    Amendment/cancellation: the promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and/or to amend, suspend, withdraw, or cancel the giveaway at any time and without prior notice.

    Governing law: The giveaway is governed by the Laws of England and Wales and the English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any disputes which may arise out of, under or in connection with it.
